Towards a better future

To meet labor market needs and problems of vocational education we have joined together to write and implement a project TBF – Towards a Better Future – The education as a means to promote the development of Kielce and Abruzzo Region. We believe, that our partnership, exchange of experiences, observations will help to increase the attractiveness of professional activities and skills of graduates of our schools.Over the period of two years we are going to show young people how to operate effectively in an increasingly demanding job market in tourism. Cooperation of schools, local businesses, local government units, progressive improvement of staff are essential elements for the development of education in the area of tourism management. We are convinced, that together we can achieve and learn a lot, avoiding the risk of losing the local identity, values, traditions and culture.We believe, that this cooperation will result in higher levels of optimism among the project team in making often difficult decisions. We are also interested in the enrichment of our educational and pedagogical practice, by learning from others and learning by doing through good practice about cookery art, art in general, handcraft and fashion design in traditional clothes. Through direct observation and participation in various forms of education, we hope to advance professionally, to spread good practice across Europe and we will certainly promote innovation in our institutions. Everyone will be fully involved in project work and each culture will be fully shared with the other region.
